- рейтинги ценных бумаг агентства "Стандард энд Пурз" (США); основываются на анализе финансового положения компании, способности выполнять обязательства; для облигаций и привилегированных акций система рейтингов включает присвоение символов: ААА (высшее качество), АА (высокое качество), А (высшее среднее), ВВВ (среднее; приемлемый уровень риска), ВВ (в основном спекулятивное), В (спекулятивное), ССС (низкое качество), СС (самое спекулятивное; задержки с выплатой процентов), С (самое низкое; платежи прекращены), DDD, DD, D (полная неплатежеспособность, задолженность, сомнительная стоимость), NR (нет рейтинга); для обыкновенных акций: А+ (высший уровень), А, А-, В+ (средний), В, В- (низкий), С (самый низкий), D (компания реорганизуется);
